Customer Acknowledgment and No Refund Policy
By submitting payment for any auto detailing service provided by Redline Detailing LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:
- 1. No Refund Policy: All sales are final. Once payment has been processed for the agreed-upon services, no refunds shall be issued, whether in full or in part, for any reason.
- 2. Condition of Vehicle Upon Return: The customer acknowledges that upon completion of the detailing service and return of the vehicle, they have inspected the vehicle and confirmed that no additional damage has occurred during the service. Any concerns or discrepancies must be reported before leaving the premises. By taking possession of the vehicle, the customer waives any claims regarding the condition of the vehicle post-service.
- 3. Release of Liability: Redline Detailing LLC is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or interior defects, that may become more noticeable after the detailing process.
